The Creepy Guy is the main antagonist of the episode "Water Hangover". He is a creepy man who lives in the woods, and he enjoys eating people's feet and taking their pants. He is a grown man in a Teletubbies costume, and he chases Alexander to eat his feet. When Alexander runs to his house, the Creepy Guy confronts him. However, Alexander drinks a glass of water that gives him superpowers, so he shoots the Creepy Guy 6 times and kills him.
